For import customers, ICF commits to assist with the end-to-end livestock importation process, including sourcing certified pure-bred animals from registered international breeders, import quarantine arrangement, international shipment, customs clearance and handling until the farmer receives their animal. Note: Industry best practice recommends that new livestock should be quarantined for exotic disease observation, vaccination and acclimatisation, for approximately 28 days after arriving at a farm. The livestock buyer is required to apply for a local animal movement permit from their local Veterinary officer, to collect or receive their delivery from ICF.

Boer goats

Ideal Concept Farms Limited (ICF) has established a verified supplier network and partnerships, to import registered pure-bred Boers goats from South Africa. Boers are a selectively bred meat goat breed. They are renowned for their meat quality, heavy carcass weight, fast growth rate, and exceptional maternal instincts. Notably, their ability to flourish in harsh grazing conditions sets them apart from other meat goats in the commercial breeding sector.
